Well I've been using yall for at least 8 years now and for a couple of years you would treat inside and outside but the protection laid down outside has become enough over the years that I haven't had to have you all treat the inside in years now. Our technician is thorough and friendly. We had a ant situation over the summer and he came in and resolved it very quickly. They were gone within a few days.
You come when you say you will and if you can't, you call. You don't just let us wonder. However, it would be nice if you let someone know you are here. Last time my wife was going to let him know we had a black widow incident on the back porch but he never knocked and she didn't even know he came. I saw him through the Ring as he was leaving.
