The technician called prior to arriving and provided an accurate time which was much appreciated given we have dogs that may have been in our fenced back yard. He performed his work, wrote an excellent, detailed report and followed up prior to leaving.

Service Tech always lets us know when he/she is coming. Tech is friendly and if we are available will ask us if we are having any problems or issues. During the last visit the tech checked the termite traps.

Our assigned technician, Austin, is THE absolute best. Always responsive, super kind, and somehow manages to fit us in when we need him for unexpected calls. Also, the mosquito treatment from Northwest is hands down A-1!! Northwest definitely has a customer for life! -Wendi J.
