We love how professional and friendly Alex is. He comes in and takes us seriously, checks our home, and gives us great advice on what to do. He has been our person for about 3 years now and we have always been satisfied with his work and his customer service! If he ever had to do a different route, I think we'd find a new company. We never have any problems with your product around our pets, and my fear of roaches decreases substantially when I know Alex is coming.
