Easy and efficient
Have been using the quarterly treatment for house (inside and out) for over a year and very pleased. New to the mosquito treatment (monthly) and hoping it works. Affordable and the technicians are thorough.
We have been customers for 10 years now. They have been very reliable and come out per our contracts schedule without being reminded or called. They have seen us through additional issues with bats, rats and ants. Anytime we see issues they usually dispatch between 0-72hrs. Rarely have we waited longer than that and if we have, it’s because of our own schedule. Couldn’t recommend them enough. They are honest, reliable and good at what they do. We are lifetime customers at this point.
Good customer service
Reps are the best! I have two accounts with you guys - one for our home and one for a cabin in North Georgia. Both reps are always on time, courteous, and informative (letting me know the type of pest control they are using, how it is OK for pets, what issues they may have seen while walking around the house, etc.) I have pest control companies come to my front door all the time, and I always tell them they can't beat you guys with customer service! :) I also have the cabin's crawl space serviced by your team, and I can't say enough good things about them. Very responsive, very personable, and very helpful....even when my "problem" was only that the circuit breaker for the pump had turned off! They never make me feel that I'm wasting their time by calling to ask questions. Keep up the good work, Northwest!
