Each person I speak with in the Burlington office is friendly and helpful. I get the same service tech every time, Marcus, and he is friendly, outgoing and excellent at what he does. I'm retired now but when I was working I tried to get the people I managed in the field to perform in exactly the way that Marcus does.
Your technicians are so friendly and knowledgeable. They always call to let me know what time they will be there. I have had just a few problems over the many years and they have always come back to re-treat the area. I rarely see any bugs.
Rabbit is always so nice and puts up with my crazy dog who smiles with his teeth showing and you're not sure it's a smile or he's gonna tear you up!

My service was excellent. My little house is in a woody area, lots of spider webs, etc. outside. The technician swept all of those down and did very thorough treatment inside and out.
Asked questions about what we had seen?
Asked permission to start treatment and what he would be doing.
Very friendly.
Notified us that he was leaving and if problem still present in about two weeks to call for re-treatment.

I am very pleased with the quality of service I received from the two people who serviced my home recently. One for pest and the other for termite inspection. Both were quality people and kept me informed on all levels. Scheduling, explaining their work plan and closure.
We’ve always been taken great care off. If there were any pests that would show up, it would be treated against, and we would receive advice on how to keep an eye out for signs of the bugs in the future.

Everything. I have used them since we moved here 7/1997. I have had nothing but excellent help with every inspection. The one that I was so appreciative for was when my mail box became taken over by ants, and another mound around a tree and a 3rd a few feet from the mail box. Everything was taken care of with only 5 days and I could have the use of my mail box again and nothing since. Name removed
