What did you like most about your salon experience?

Cassie is the lovely young lady who does my hair. She always does a great job, cutting my hair as I am requesting. This week she cut my hair and now with the pandemic situation, she was not able to blow dry my hair any more. So, I went home expecting to have to blow dry my hair and I did not have to and it turned out great. Shows what a great hair cut can do! Thank you, Cassie!!

What could we do to improve?

While I understand the Covid situation we are all in, I didn't know or maybe didn't realize the rules when getting my hair done. I went in for a full color and haircut and as always look forward to leave nice and styled. Not knowing they weren't able to even dry my hair let alone style it..that being said I feel maybe I shouldn't have been charged the full charge for what I had done simply because it was not a full service. Unfortunately I didn't have my regular stylist do it as she hadn't returned to work yet. I'm not super happy with the haircut and she was not careful at all with the color as I had all over my ears , neck, forehead etc. To sum it up I will probably return but will wait for my regular stylist and hopefully get what I paid for.

It's always been a very professional salon with an upbeat fun atmosphere. They are taking safety measures extremely seriously and I felt my safety and the employees' safety was taken to the highest degree.
