What did you like most about your salon experience?

Employees are always friendly and attentive to customers. I've been seeing Austin for awhile now. He's very attentive, knows what he's doing. Great asset to A Salon.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Karina always does an amazing job on my hair and always listens to what I am wanting and making it happen. I always look forward to my hair appointments with her because we always have a blast!
The salon is also always clean and organized and when I walk in whomever is at the front desk always greets me with a smile.
I will always recommend A Salon to anyone I know! :)

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Well the front desk lady with blonde hair literally looked at me and rolled her eyes so she was super rude. My stylist was kind but didn't talk a lot and did not know how to style curly hair well.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

$60 for a men’s cut is way to much. I’ve been coming there for 14 years you call me 2 times send me an email and also a text to tell me about my appointment but no call to say my cut is going up $20?

Nancy was amazing! I’m new to Colorado and purposely looked for an Avada Salon, she was fun to talk with and made me feel very welcomed. I love my haircut and will be back soon for highlights.
