Im a little confused why we are being charged full price when Im walking out with wet unstyled hair. All my friends who've recently gone to other salons and my sister in law, who is a stylist herself, all say they get blow dries and styled. Pretty disappointed in this visit.
I like my son's stylist and how attentive she is and remembers what my son wants from previous cuts. I also appreciate the way that she talks to and communicates with both me as a parent and with my son.
Even with the restriction because of COVID the appointment went very smooth and they made you feel like you special like they always have.
From the time I walk in, to the time I leave, I always receive great customer service AND Emily is the BEST!
I felt safe with all of the safety precautions this salon put into place. I appreciate the girls who are still working!!!!

The skill level of the stylists
Very safe guidelines, the staff are really going beyond to make sure you feel safe getting a haircut. They also take the time to cut your hair as you would like and very friendly staff. I really like the fact that you can schedule and even pay online. Will be back for sure.

Emily always provides amazing customer service, even with the new restrictions she takes the time to understand what her clients want.
I think with the changing times it would have been nice to know step by step what to expect during the appointment. An email or place on the website, I looked before going, didn't see anything laying out step by step. you'll come to door, temp check, hand sanitizer, sign something, more soap, wash hands, and no hair dry. The mask was obvious for me but including the requirement doesn't hurt. Definitely not the pampering I've been used to, but I get it.
Stylist was great. She did an excellent job cutting my hair and making me feel great!
I always feel welcomed and with the new safety procedures, they still made me feel very comfortable. It’s always a positive experience!

After going soooo long during this pandemic I was so excited to have my hair done & feel a little pampered. Kenzie was amazing, she was personable, kind & super knowledgeable. I definitely recommend and am excited for my bang trim :)
So glad they are working so hard to get things back on track. There are many barriers and they have done wonderfully to overcome them so try can open up and continue to serve their clients. Always a pleasure to go, always greeted with happy smiling faces.

After being away for 15 weeks due to COVID19 I appreciated Rize’s efforts to keep their employees and their clients safe during this transition time. My husband goes to a different salon and they are nearly as thoughtful. Thank you for curbside product pickup and sales and thank you for the information you have shared leading up to your reopening.
