Emily!! She's talented, professional and engaging in a very kind and thoughtful way. She's intuitive and smart! A joy to spend time with and I'm always pleased with the results.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My “trim” was rushed never politely greeted walking in Amanda didn’t seem very happy to be there I had to go in early because she had to leave but it felt like a haircut from Walmart and she cut off way more than we agreed on. 1 year worth of growth is gone. $35.00 haircut that felt like super cuts. I’ll never go back. Pretty disappointed because I spend a lot of money on my hair was hoping it would be a great experience. Maybe next time they should cancel the apt instead of rushing the haircut.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Friendly staff. Excellent customer service and knowledge staff when looking for skin care products. Excellent hair cut and styling from Lori. I drive an hour each way to see Lori for all my hair cuts and services!

What did you like most about your salon experience?

My stylist has been working with me for months on some gray highlights. I really appreciate her patience and expertise. I receive lots of compliments on my hair and always recommend this salon and my stylist.

The staff is always smiling and friendly and attentive to their clients. Angela and Amanda are always great with me. They make a point to ask what things i may want to change or to make sure I am still liking my color or cut before each visit. They also are attentive to making sure they understand what I want out of my service to make sure I get what I expect from my service.
