How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The light in the salon was a little too dark. I didn't realize that the back of my hair is uneven and the layers are not blended in. It's just not a very good haircut.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Unfortunately the owner, Lori, has no skill with razor cuts. Never had anyone use a razor and STILL cut my hair as though she were using scissors. It was like she was slicing cheese! Went back to have it corrected and she can’t get me in for TWO WEEKS? Two weeks I’m supposed to walk around with half a haircut. No thanks. I went somewhere else and just paid to have cut all over again. CORRECTLY. Will never come back. Sorry.

I’m struck with the level of kindness and service I receive at Rize. Everyone is nice, smiling. The work culture seems to be positive because everyone is happy and helpful. Also, I just love how well Emily does hair. She listens, asks the right questions, makes sure I’m happy. I always love the way she does my hair. She’s a great, talented stylist. She’s my favorite secret. It’s hard to share her with anyone else because her schedule seems to fill up fast. 😉

My stylist does an excellent job highlighting my hair. It looks natural and does not have streaks or chunks. I just love how my hair looks after seeing Amanda.
