I really enjoyed my time with Amber. She did an amazing cut and made me feel so much better about my newly developed post-partum hair loss. I’ve been having a rough time making sure I’m the best mom I can be. Amber reassured me that my hair shouldn’t be my worries because it looked great. She made me feel amazing and gave me an awesome hair do, after many months hiding behind a tight bun.I really appreciated her time.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I went in for a color, specifically an ombre. I wasn't aware that it would take more than one session to achieve the color I'm going for. I walked out with copper/orangy hair that looks awful when straightened (which is how I wear my hair).

Apparently I need to come back in 6 weeks for another session. I don't know if that would be my last session or if I need more.

In a nutshell, the process wasn't explained well and now I'm stuck with hair I don't like for 6 weeks. I walked out feeling worse than when I walked in.

I wish it could be corrected before the 6 weeks.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I went there to get hi lights with a color to blend in with my gray hair and it can be done I had a great stylist in wheat ridge but was hoping to find one closer where I moved, and at first I thought it looked ok but afte a few hours I can see my gray hair just as much as before I spend $ 175.00, I feel like I just got the money throw it in the trash, I'm very disappointed, I will be reviewing this on Yelp, and Google.

My stylist left and salon was rushed to place me with anyone. Person I got was not who I wanted. High turnover makes it difficult

Keisha always cuts my hair and I never have a complaint. If you see her regularly like I do you never have to tell her how you like your hair cut because she remembers. She does a great job every time!!!
