What could we do to improve?

Lately the way the receptionist on Fridays has been subpar. Charging me incorrectly and just overall not professional. My stylist remains amazing.

When I look back at your ticket the haircut was not taken off the ticket by your service provider therefore the front desk would be unaware of the change. I love A-Salon in Brighton! I've been getting my hair cut here for about two years. I would follow Austin anywhere he goes but I'm glad he's at A-Salon!

Comfier chairs while waiting. More available appointments.

I loved everything about my A Salon experience from the moment I walked in until my appointment was over and I left. The personable, friendly, attentive staff made me feel welcome and very comfortable. My stylist did an amazing job on my hair! I highly recommend A Salon to everyone. I forgot to mention the large inventory of Aveda products, makeup, hair extensions and more.

What could we do to improve?

I don't know if I'm the only one, but I do not like the long mirrors to sit and stare at my overweight body in it! Some might enjoy looking at themselves fully, but a mirror that shows just the upper half is fine with me. I've been to this place off and on over the years and this has bothered me for some time. I really only want to look at my head of hair and what my stylist is doing with it.
So, this is my one main complaint I'd say. I love the neck/head massage with some oil before the shampooing. Another place I used to go to before my stylist retired, did that and it was so nice to have done. I'm usually tight in my neck shoulder area. It's a nice bonus. Otherwise, everyone seems very friendly at A Salon.
