What could we do to improve?

My appointment seemed rushed. I was only there this time to get my eyebrows waxed but my stylist seemed like she was in a hurry. She didn’t offer the moisturizing lotion but I definitely needed it - I had to ask her for it when I was waiting to check out.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Another great haircut from Lori! I'm still thinking about growing out my 7 year pixie cut because I'm ready for a change, and Lori is helping me get the courage to let it grow. She plans on trimming the fringe and neck area, in between cuts to shape it while I endure the difficult grow-out process. I have issues with multiple cow-licks and Lori is really good at analyzing how to make them work with my hairstyle. Thank you again, Lori and, with your expert help and attention to detail, I'm looking forward to my next trim and a new, longer style.
