How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Writing this review is difficult. I had my hair cut by a new stylist and went back because it was crooked. I have never gone back to get a cut fixed, but did this time. I walked out the second time feeling better about the cut and my stylist was kind an polite about trimming up some parts. With that said, the stylist says my sides are and did not fix this part. I have have an A-frame above the shoulder cut before, so feel I can compare the cut to previous cuts. I have asked a few people of whether or not the cut is even. Everyone agrees my left side looks longer. I full heartedly believe we make mistakes to get better and don't want to cause an issue. With that said, this cut is not my favorite and will have to get it recut somewhere else.
