What could we do to improve?

I appreciated the safety measures you guys have in place. I’m trying to be cautious with Covid. I was making small talk with my stylist and asked if she had Halloween plans and she told me that she was attending a large “Covid protest” party at her parents house. I’m not going to lie, even though she did a nice job on my cut (style was terrible though) I probably won’t be returning to see that particular stylist. Seemed very irresponsible.

I have only been going to Lori since May but I have been very impressed. She listened to my desires to grow out my hair and has made it a very painless process.
