How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Writing this review is difficult. I had my hair cut by a new stylist and went back because it was crooked. I have never gone back to get a cut fixed, but did this time. I walked out the second time feeling better about the cut and my stylist was kind an polite about trimming up some parts. With that said, the stylist says my sides are and did not fix this part. I have have an A-frame above the shoulder cut before, so feel I can compare the cut to previous cuts. I have asked a few people of whether or not the cut is even. Everyone agrees my left side looks longer. I full heartedly believe we make mistakes to get better and don't want to cause an issue. With that said, this cut is not my favorite and will have to get it recut somewhere else.

I can never say enough of what a wonderful stylist Lori is. My son just had ACL surgery and she was so accommodating with him, so he could be comfortable. She also always does an outstanding job on their hair! She is just amazing!

Everyone at the salon is always friendly. Angela is an amazing hairstylist. Angela is always professional but she also knows how to make you feel comfortable. Angela makes you feel like you're more than a client.

Everyone there is so nice. I only ever let Kenzi do my highlights and cut. I loved her. Unfortunately she no longer works there. But I would recommend anyone there. I will continue going as my last appointment for a highlight and cut was great!

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Cassie always knows what to do with my hair - I get so frustrated with it sometimes and she always does a great job in cutting my hair and giving me advice on products I might use to help with problems I am having with my hair. We also have great conversations while I am getting my hair cut.

I had a hair color appointment with Trinity because my usual gal Keisha is always booked. Trinity was fun, thorough, professional, and efficient and it was a pleasure for her to do my hair. She fit me in her schedule and was very happy with the color. Thanks.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I am thankful that I was able to get an appointment the same day. However, my stylist kept interrupting me. She was using bad language. And to be completely honest I have no desire to go back while all the covid restrictions are in place. It is way to much. If someone is that worried about getting covid then they do not need to be getting services at a salon.
