The willing to work with you. I recently noticed I had an appointment scheduled on the day I was leaving town. I called the salon and was put on a waiting list. I was able to get in a few days before my original appointment. I was extremely happy my hairdresser, Lori, worked with me and I got an appointment. Thank you Lori!

Friendliness and professionalism! These wonderful ladies absolutely know what they are doing! They are wonderfully friendly, and have helped me with everything about my hair. From styles to what works for my type of hair to the bonus of cutting my hair exactly how I like it! Love love love Aveda! The beauty products are a hit as well!! Angela is an amazing hairdresser. She listens to what kind of style I would like, but she also gives me suggestions when I ask. Angela has been doing my hair for several years and I have never left the salon disappointed. It is always a pleasure chatting with Angela while getting my hair done.
