What did you like most about your salon experience?

My recent appointment again was great! I wanted a little change in my hair style and Cassie knew what to recommend. I will never change from Rize Salon. I am so pleased with all of the results.

What could we do to improve?

I wasn't aware of price changes and the charge for my service was astronomical. Ugh, I didn't appreciate not knowing all the charges.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Appreciate the quick response to resolving the issue with my disappointing haircut. Called immediately, scheduled me to come in the next day, and get it the way I wanted. Professional service and priority on me being happy with my cut.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

I'm still growing my hair and Lori is helping me get through it! Usually the decision to cut your hair short is difficult for some people, but for me the exact opposite is true. Well, I'm really determined to get some length, but I'm going through that "difficult" stage, so with Lori shaping it periodically, I should be able to get through it. She really pays attention to detail and I'm very happy with my latest cut. She's a real pro and very in-demand, so if you're looking for a great new style, or a refreshed cut, give her a call!

Let’s just say, you guys are always the ones I come running back to to fix the bad haircuts I get when I go somewhere else last minute. And when I cut my own bangs…. Ugh. You guys are the best!

What did you like most about your salon experience?

The friendly staff and Keisha! She is awesome and I love that she always does my hair the way I like it! Hard to find a good hair dresser but when you find the one - it is life changing! Thanks to all of you and hopefully the mask mandate will be done across the board and we won’t have to wear them any longer!
