I’ve gone to several stylists and they have all been great. I got into Emily on a cancellation and she did not disappoint. Not only did I love my hair but it was a pleasure talking to Emily she is so sweet and friendly. I will definitely start booking ahead to get my appointments with Emily. Thank you so much!

The Health and wellness of clients and staff are clearly important to this establishment. I have been getting my hair done here for many years and the service is always satisfactory. I have had the same girl with only one other sub and both have been caring and professional.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

This was my first time seeing Carla and she did an awesome job. She is obviously very knowledgeable and cut my hair just as I wanted it. When I explained what I was wanting she showed me a group of pictures asking which one I liked the most before she started cutting.

Cassie went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable (foot in a boot due to a recent surgery) and cut my hair exactly like I wanted, as always!

Friendly staff. Angela is a great stylist. She always makes sure she colors my hair just the way I want it and makes suggestions for how to take.care of my hair that really work.

I like the emails they send out with same day appointment notifications.

I was able to get a same day hair cut appointment.

My stylist, I think her name was Trinity, also did a great job and the appointment was quick, easy and reasonably priced.

I only needed a very basic trim and some salons charge $50-75 for hair cuts regardless of the complexity of the cut and this can sometimes be cost prohibitive.

Overall I had a great experience!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My daughter got a partial highlight and cut and they charged her for a toning treatment. She said she wasn't really asked about the toner, just told they were putting the toner on and she sat for a little bit before they rinsed her. She most definitely wasn't told it was an extra $30 charge. I had to call the salon after she got home to find out why she was charged so much more than I was less than a week prior. Definitely frustrating. Keisha does a really great job on our hair though!
