I always enjoy coming to Rize. The salon is always very clean and not crowded. I appreciate the safety measures Tize has put in place (temp checks, hand washing, limiting #of people, etc)

Great safety procedures! Made me feel comfortable getting my hair cut! Also loved that you donated my hair to wigs for kids!!! The gal that did my hair did an amazing job and I will definitely come back!

Emily is wonderful, very accommodating to her client’s schedules, and very talented. She is the only person I will go to for my hair styling needs. She is personable being great to talk to, and is open to giving her opinions on your hair while keeping in mind what would be in my comfort zone. She is the best!!!

The quality of my cut I went to a store just after and was talking to another customer and she asked if she could ask me something personal She wanted to know if i was wearing an expensive wig because the back of my hair looked so perfect

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Our stylist was rushed didn’t style or put any product on my daughter hair. We were late (7mins late) but she wasn’t ready when we got there. The reception person was nice and friendly.

My daughter is sad about her haircut and doesn’t know how to fix it. She want curtain bangs.

We have had other great news experiences but this one was not a true reflection of your salon.

I think the stylist just had a bad day. I just want to help my daughter because right now she says she hates her hair and doesn’t see the beauty in it.
