It was a great experience and after the hair cut. It brought me a lot of confidence for myself since it's been years the last time I've had a hair cut. I not only look good now but also feel good. The person who cut my hair did it also with such passion. I can see the care in the cut. I absolutely love it!
What I liked most was the stylist attention to what we were asking, the want to get it right. Kind, friendly, and very welcoming.
Evidently it was a new associate she couldn’t finish the cut asked for help and left the front crooked

I do not feel that your stylists listen to their customers. I've been a customer for a long time, and my instructions have not changed: #2 on the sides, then cut about an inch long on top, but for some reason this info is never saved in your system, which is strange, because at one point it was saved in your system.
When I physically show the stylist how short I want it, they nod like they understand, and then proceed to cut it about 1.5 inches on top. Why do they ask if they're not going to listen? Do they leave it longer so that I'll need to come back for a haircut sooner? Quite frustrating.
Additionally, the current stylists do not ask if I'd like my eyebrows trimmed, but the prior stylists did ask.
You want to make things better? Tell your stylists to LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER, and then FOLLOW THE CUSTOMER'S INSTRUCTIONS.
Yadira, our stylist, is absolutely fantastic!! She is the Number 1 reason we keep coming back!

Bri - she gives an amazing haircut with great customer service. I love visiting with her and she is always friendly, positive, and puts a smile on my face. I don’t care if she charges $100 for a haircut - she is the only person I will let cut my hair!!!!!
Both me and my son were very well taken care of. Both Stylists were professional, made great conversation, and did a phenomenal job in general. We are both extremely satisfied with the results and will be back to work them specifically!

My barber was quick and helpful.
The stylist Keeley needs lessons on how to cut hair. She would press down on my head with one hand while using scissors. She also would stand too close because she wasn't extending her arms, causing her to push her body against me. It looked like it was a bit of a guessing game for her figuring out how to cut my hair. She also didn't get the hair wet beforehand, so it made the hair look bushy after cutting with scissors.
Since I'm retired, I get my haircuts in the early afternoon. This makes it easy to just show up with no waiting on the next stylist.
Ashley did a great job.
Stylists are very nice and do a great job cutting my hair the way I want it.
