Your appintment system is unworkable. 2-3 hour wait time? Just go to an appointment system. You never really know if the wIt is 3 hours or 3 minutes.

I went in to get my haircut. I be first available. I said I had to wait 14 minutes. I was in a chair in less than three minutes. Got the perfect haircut that I ever have had from sports clips. I’ve been getting my haircut from sports clips for more than 15 years, I will definitely go back to this location.
Allow for long lead time appointments
The young lady who cut my hair took the time to do an incredible beard trim, a great haircut and explain products and things I could use on my beard to keep it from drying out. She was very informative and really made me feel like I wasn’t just another customer.

Stylist (Renee) is great - she gives me a very personalized haircut every time and I love visiting with her.
Haidy is always very professional and does excellent work. I would recommend her to anyone who has difficult to hair. Hair that wants to stand up if cut too short.

I like Sports clips and in particular the usual spot in Rosenberg I normally go to. I couldn’t go there this trip and unfortunately had a bad experience at the store in Katy. The stylist didn’t follow the instructions in the system or my verbal instructions doing what she wanted. Neither I nor my wife liked the haircut and my wife says no more going to that location
