Good haircuts for my son at a reasonable price
Tell your hairstylists to listen and do what the customer wants. Some just cut how they want and disregard how the customer want their cuts.

I set this appointment for my son who is 11 years old. It took 30 minutes for the wait time, then another hour for your employee Catherine to cut his hair. She told my husband the reason that it took long was because he wouldn't sit still, but I was watching and he was not moving. Then I did not find out until after he got in the car that she told him that he wasted her time. That is totally unacceptable, I would have gone inside to say something to her but it would have gotten ugly. She wanted to blame my son for her taking too long. Totally disrespectful, if I had found that out before I would not have paid for his haircut, my son had to wait till he got outside to finally speak up because he did not feel comfortable. If these are the kind of employees you are hiring I will not return. Very disappointed.
