Great attitudes from the employees every time I visit for a haircut
Cc was very friendly and did an amazing job.
The lady named MIndy that cut my son's hair did a terrible job. It was pretty bad. I really think she needs more training on how to line up. I wasn't expecting a clean razor cut line up. But she could of use a trimmer to properly do the line up. It looked like she use a clipper and was going up with it. She pushed my 11 year old son's hairline back. Mind you my sons was having school pictures taken in the next couple of days. So I was highly upset. She ignored my sons request and kept cut more hair than he wanted after he told her it the hair was fine. The back of his head was okay. But far has his front, she butchered his hair and didn't seem like she wanted to acknowledge the problem at first, when it clear as day that she messed up his hair really bad. She did offer to somehow fix it. But since I know she wasn't properly skilled and she did so much damage already, I did not want her make things worse. Please have her retrain because I guarantee that Sports Clips will lose more customers. That was an unacceptable haircut, which really didn't even deserve payment. I'm a reasonable person, I did express my concerns but she could see what she did wrong. That's concerning for me. I know going in there I'm not getting barbershop quality but I do expect a decent haircut. I paid for a terrible haircut that looks like it cost about $3.00 honestly. I normally don't leave reviews but this one was needed.
It's easy to schedule appointments. And the appointments are usually on schedule, so I can get in and out with minimal wait time. Leatrice is my stylist and she always does a great job to give me a stylish yet nice cut. So I get a quality hair cut with friendly service. And the pricing is fair.
Best hair cut I’ve ever had
The appointments are always on time. My hair stylist Christy at the Willis location is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable in her skill. They keep the place clean and everyone works together to keep the operation running smoothly.
Services are unique its not just a cut its art , in my case my son since we moved we only stick to one barber and that's Cassy hands down has him looking sharp to conquer the world!
The app lets me know if my stylist is available that day and lets me check in remotely, which saves a lot of time.
Great service cut my hair as I asked. Being a disabled Veteran Veteran she even opened the door for me when leaving.
I have curly mixed male hair, so it’s very hard to find a place that people feel comfortable courting your hair, this place did amazing. Very fast and high quality service, was asked many times how I wanted and like the progress which made the first visit very comforting. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Even though it can be a 35 minute drive one way, I prefer to go to the League City location because of Crystal who is professional, consistent cut and does not push upgrading services. It is difficult because I can NOT be sure she will be there when I get there. You do NOT allow appointments or post schedules until the day of & sometimes only an hour before and she may be on a meal break or leave early by the time I get there. Also I often have issues with your app. I often lose my place in line even though I used the app.

I took my 2 year old to get his first haircut and I'm so grateful Catherine was his first stylist! She was amazing with him and made him feel very comfortable. He has a great haircut and had a great first experience!!
