The wait time was to long, people where blocking online and where not showing up, and then when all 4 ppl showed up we had to wait for 1.5 hrs for them to be done.

After showing the stylist a photo of what I wanted I s was assured she could do the work. Despite this, the final haircut looked nothing like the photo. I understand that at people need to learn, but I’d appreciate the lack of experience to be disclosed and for the stylist to get help.
