Melissa is the stylist that I use, she remembers my name as soon as I walk and knows my routine on my haircut and cuts it correctly, she also recommends products will help thick my hair up. I will have to tell she is a great asset to Sport Clips and I will continue going to Melissa any time I need a hair cut.
This is my second time at the location in Deer Park Texas. Cheyenne was funny and professional.
We were treated rudely from the moment my 4 year old son and I walked in. We have never used sports clips before so we did not know that signing in online or on the key pad at the desk (which there was no signage stating it either and there was someone at the keypad finishing up payment when we walked in) is the only way to get in line. All that was said to us as we walked in was did you sign in online? When I responded no, that I have never been there before so I didn’t know I needed to or what to do…. The stylist just walked away and said nothing else to me. I signed in on my phone but there is no way online to show that I was in the lobby and I was not spoken to by anyone again to ask if I needed to check in officially like some other customers seemed to be. When it came to our turn I guess because I hadn’t “checked in at the desk” (I was the only female customer and my name was the only female name on the list) we got skipped over. My name wasn’t called to see if I was there or anything. When I asked… the same stylist that was rude the 1st times words to me were… well he checked in online and you didn’t (which I had checked in online as well obviously since my name was on the board), then she just walked away. The stylist that finally took us back another 15 minutes later after we already waited the 50 minutes I was told by the board I would be waiting… was also very short with me and was not nice to my son. He is ticklish and the big pile of hair she had trimmed off that was sitting on his neck was making him squirm a little. So instead of talking to him like the young child he is… she just said…. “Can you just sit still!!” We will not be using this facility EVER again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone… especially anyone with children! Horrible customer service and horrible treatment of customers!

the haircut was not good. uneven clippers on each side, one went up higher than other side and top is sporadically cut. Didn't realize til next morning after shower and clean up. And $32 a cut, wow!!!!
