Service is always excellent! I have Key cut my hair when I visit. She is welcoming, professional, and always does an excellent job on my cuts. The scalp massages are great, too! I also bought one of the tea tree hair & body moisturizer products yesterday. A tiny bit goes a very loooooong way, so it’s definitely economical, and the smell is divine.

I have a super stylist, that cares bout how she cuts your hair but, but cares about her customers. I believe that’s the culture of this particular store. Sales is about how a person feels after the sale. Great customer service and caring individuals, that’s what makes the team great at the Tomball, TX location.

I was running short on time after prepping all day for company, but stopped in to see if anyone could cut my hair. I was greeted the second I walked in and directed to check in, I only had to wait a few minutes before Brittney Gray freed up. And I'm very thankful that it was Brittney who did. She remembered me from the last time she cut my hair, and took the time to confirm exactly what I wanted before making any major cuts. Whenever I asked for changes, she was able to adapt her approach to fit what I wanted. She was friendly, detailed, and gave me best cut I've had since the last time I saw her! I would absolutely recommend going to this location and stopping by to see Brittney!
