The service was great I like being able to get in line on the app it's great for a busy schedule. And Karen at the Fairmont location was great very easy to talk to did a fantastic job and was able to listen to how I like my hair and beard and make it happen 10 out of 10!

I’ve been coming to this Sport Clips location for several years, and the experience is always excellent. The staff is consistently professional, friendly, and welcoming. My stylist Latte, is great! she always greets me with a big smile and does a fantastic job every time. It’s clear the owners know what they’re doing, hiring top-notch people and keeping the place clean and well-run.

I dropped my 8 yr old and 19 yr old sons to get trims. I explained exactly how I wanted my younger son’s haircut before I left them, told her specifically not to cut any length off the top, to just clean it up around the neck and sideburn and she still cut his hair off the top and way too short. If she didn’t understand what I wanted she should’ve said so. I did not see my son’s haircut until later that evening and saw how upset my baby was. There is nothing you can do to make it right! His hair was ruined the day before his birthday party, he hates it so much he wore a bandanna for his birthday. Never going there again, should’ve trusted my gut and not taken them there.
The service was great and the hair cut was just like I asked. I like a scissor cut, and that's not something all bar barbers do very well. This lady did a wonderful job.

Very professional staff. Store is very clean and organized. Hair cutting process is very organized and there are no delays in the process of getting a haircut.
I wish the stylists were more consistent with leaving notes after haircuts so other stylists could give a customer their “usual” haircut. My son couldn’t see our usual stylist today (Karrie) and Leyla cut his hair instead. He is almost 13 years old and she cut his hair like a 4 year old, including cutting off his sideburns without asking him first. We have been coming to this location for at least 8 years, maybe longer. As my kids get older, the consistency with the haircuts and listening to them is important because they care more about it.
