Your scheduling process is very inconvenient for the client.
It would be more convenient to be able to see the stylists schedule and book a time preferably a week in advance. Once I find a stylist I like I want to continue with them and know there schedule in advance.

Your hairstylists continue to be professional and engaging making the experience very good. Even the wait time seems to have been cut down. But it is the people mostly and “my” stylist Tammy… continues to but personable and professional.
