The friendly service is important. Products are not competitively priced if you are paying commission. Set a store goal for revenue of products to be sold. Prices set for reasonable profit and track individual performance to share in a bonus structure for the store.

I appreciate Sport Clips for being convenient, easy to check in, and geared toward men. The TVs and overall environment make the experience relaxed and enjoyable. I’ve always taken the next available stylist, but recently I had Nancy and was impressed by her attention to detail and genuine care for what I wanted. I chose her again on my next visit because of the quality of her work. She’s an excellent addition to the team.

Hennessys always gets my hair just like I want it. Very personable and professional.
We first saw Shelby, my son had always had has his cut at visible changes. It was already hard to convince him to come here for a fade, and edge up as visible changes doesn’t specialize in that. He has to tell Shelby what to do, and just overall didn’t feel that she was confident. He left super unhappy. I called and Alice ( who has great reviews online) had us come back. She did an amazing job, she listened, asked question and made sure she knew what my son wanted. My son felt confident in her work she ultimately felt confident in himself. In his words “she saved the whole dance” which he was attending.
