Yesenia is absolutely phenomenal. Easily a 10 out of 10 experience. From start to finish, she was professional, attentive, friendly, and genuinely exceptional at what she does. You can tell immediately that she takes pride in her work and cares about giving her clients the best experience possible. She is the kind of employee a business should be doing everything it can to keep. My only complaint has absolutely nothing to do with Yesenia. The chair she is being expected to work with is old, outdated, and honestly felt like it was getting close to breaking. That is especially frustrating because it is clearly handicapping her ability to do her job with the equipment she deserves. Someone this talented should not have to compensate for worn out equipment while trying to provide a premium experience. What impressed me even more is that despite the chair, Yesenia was still amazing. She worked around it, stayed completely professional, and delivered an experience that was easily worthy of five stars. Management, seriously, get this woman a new chair. She has the skill, personality, professionalism, and customer service part completely handled. Give her the equipment to match.
Yesenia gets 10 out of 10 from me without hesitation. I will absolutely be asking for her again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

very detailed oriented and fast yet efficient work i have had my beard detailed before with other stylist but I particularly like my stylist shy today not only that she did an awesome job but also recommended good products definitely will be coming back highly recommended

I told the barber what I wanted and she insisted that she knew what it was and I let her cut my hair and it was terrible like I have hair patches from the fade like it was done improperly and it was all around terrible I didn’t want to pay for it there’s a line on the side where the fade started and I still ended up paying for it but left absolutely terrible not feeling confident what so ever and am not interested in coming back also I’m a service member so I was polite about it but if I ask for something and it’s nothing like what I asked for there’s a major problem

Jenn my stylist is truly awesome as she represents one of the best stylist that I've had throughout my time with Sport Clips.
Where else can you get a great cut, shampoo and head massage, while relaxing with a hot facial towel, followed by a neck and shoulder massage that make all of your stress just melt away.
Hmmm there's no other place that I can think of where you get all of those kind of services for under $30 bucks.
On the product side, I have used Gibs beard hair and tattoo oil along with their shampoo and exfoliating bar soap which very well for my hair and smell great too!
