I love all of the new classes you are offering in Ipswich starting this January! I hope you keep it up with all of these classes - in December, the class schedule was pretty skimpy. I would love it if you would offer a Surf & Strength class in Ipswich like you do in Beverly!!

The instructors!! They are devoted, positive and so very friendly. Specifically: JANE, GAIL and JAN. The front desk staff: always saying hello. Wish they had name tags so I could learn their names. But they are a positive, welcoming faces!!
Pet peeve: hard rock, too loud music played while old folks are stretching on a sleepy Sunday afternoon.
Clients sitting on a machine, talking in their phone. My husband has stood by waiting, then finally given up on that machine. He doesn’t want to create a scene.

The Ipswich Family Y is conveniently located 5 miles from our home. It is clean and well maintained, with a friendly staff. I have enjoyed playing pickle ball in the past and have recently been enjoying the gym facility. Kerri O’Conner has been a wonderful and knowledgeable teacher and trainer who has motivated me to get stronger.
It's a great community asset.

I love the Y and its mission. The Ipswich Family Y is a small facility but it is home to a friendly, supportive community.
I like the different rooms for each age level, the outdoor playground, and the access the program has to the YMCA gymnasium/pool. All the teachers are very friendly and seem to genuinely care about the children.
