It’s a great hometown gym with everything I need. The trainers are great. It would be nice if there were more shared floor space dedicated for ab work and stretching. That area is quite small. But overall it’s a great gym. Love the classes. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

As someone who never wanted to join a gym, joining the Ipswich Y at the age of 67 was certainly one of the best decisions I’ve made in quite a while. It has undoubtedly changed my life for the better! I feel at this point in my life, I’m in some of the best shape I’ve ever been.
At this point, I need to say that the real clincher is that I learned Pickleball there.
The friendship and welcomeness is paplpable. Anyway….I could certainly go on and on about that.
The Y provides the space, equipment and facilities I am looking for to keep the muscle tone I want.
