Have enjoyed two types of classes since July. Instructors are knowledgeable and will alter an exercise depending upon a person's ability or injury.

Very clean, bright facility.

Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

There is so many fun things to do. My grandson has been taking swimming,and we tried him in gymnastics he loved that. I love the treadmill , every thing is so fresh and clean. The staff was very helpful,and made my first days great,by answering all my guestions. Thank you!

Excellent facility on Cape Ann, great staff!

However, more classes are needed - they are too crowded or difficult to get into.

Please improve your website - I have the AP and so difficult to access information.

The facility is AWESOME! Clean, bright and well laid out. Greeters are extra friendly. Lots of activities from which to choose. Easy access to schedules on line.

What do you like about our program and activities?

The Gloucester, MA YMCA is a remarkable facility with state-of-the-art equipment and a great variety of classes. I particularly like the aquatic workout.

Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

It's new, big, and has everything you could possibly need. The locker room is kind of dirty, the soap in the showers is kind of weak (Parkway Y in West Roxbury uses a gel that's really nice) and the steam room is a little small but other than that, the staff is great and so is everything else.
