Both the "receptionist" and the man upstairs at the E-gym desk "help-desk" were so helpful, genuine, and friendly to us. And they spoke from a place of knowledge about the Y.

I have not been a member of the YMCA since the 70s . Today was my first day . They set me up to use the Egym . The experience was unbelievable. I had the best time . I’m very excited about being a member. The staff and the facility is excellent.
