Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

As a prior member who had to stop my membership due to medical reasons. I can’t say enough about the Cornerstone program supporting cancer patients. Now that I’m close to being stabile enough to workout. I appreciate the support and opportunity to enhance my prognosis through exercise.
As for the Y, having been a member pre-cancer I can attest to the excellence of the Gloucester YMCA. FIRST and foremost it’s the people working there and the facilities. The people are always friendly responsive and helpful. The facilities are always clean and well maintained. The equipment is well maintained and seems to be constantly updated. Speaking of the equipment. There are diverse and thorough workout stations and cardio options. The classes I’ve participated in, in the past, were well run.

Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

Friendly & knowledgeable staff
Great facility
Well maintained & clean facility

I would suggest that a paper or printable version of class schedules was available. I find the online access cumbersome when trying to find a class I want to take or to schedule workouts for the week.
