Lifeguard Brooke is fantastic! She addressed an issue with professionalism and tact. I encourage you to have her do trainings on dealing with difficult situations or challenging children who ruin the experience for others.
Love the location so I don’t have to leave Cape Ann, the facility is modern, on a typical day I can get a machine in the gym pretty easily. Also love the Y’s community efforts - that’s a huge win.

The Staff are amazing and skilled. The atmosphere is uplifting and kept clean. The organization is open to bringing in a huge variety of classes that fit the needs of all ages.
I will begin my health journey using the Egym. Michael, at the Gloucester location was amazing. I didn’t have an appointment to learn how to use the Egym but he was available and got me started. His enthusiasm for the Egym made me appreciate the equipment. He was a great instructor and so very patient.

Excellent facility and friendly, welcoming staff. Great variety of group classes with great instructors. I would like to see more early morning mat Pilates, yogalates, and power or vinyasa yoga.

The facility has a variety of workout options. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The membership fee is very reasonable and thr facilities are very well maintained. The hours of operation are very accommodating.
