Great facility great staff great classes

I find to be a positive experience in my life. I am able to put in a satisfying workout in the gym using well maintained equipment at my own speed among upbeat people. Staff is always available when needed. The facility itself is beautiful, airy and inspiring.

Beautiful brand new clean facility, easy parking lot, quality equipment, friendly staff. Good hours too!

I was greeted so warmly, It turned out that the persob at the front desk was the sister of someone i knew. I had given up by former exercise program - too expensive - and found the Fit For Life just right for me. Very popular! but welcoming.

Membership extends to multiple locations.
all staff are friendly.
facility is clean.
There’s enough equipment that even when there’s a full gym there’s room and machines to use.

I love the Y as a community space and as a space to work out. It feels warm and welcoming and the classes are great.

Also, please bring back the Thursday 530 spin class! And any chance we can get some more rigorous yoga classes throughout the week?

I enjoy going to exercise ,which I never thought I would do,seeing I will be 89 years old this week.I always feel better leaving the Y.
