I love the Y. There are a huge number of very appealing classes! Love the Yoga classes, especially restorative, with Kirsty. My husband and I have both worked with a personal trainer and that was a very good experience!
I really enjoy the variety of offerings for aqua classes. Aqua Zumba is excellent, as are the dual depths, power waves, and Aqua Barre classes,
