To have knowledgeable people at the desk and walking around the equipment/fitness area to assist members. To pre-schedule a session with someone to know how to use the nautilus equipment properly for their age, etc.

The staff is very friendly and helpful at the front deck. The staff on the gym floor is always cleaning the equipment and the space. The equipment is the best and very enjoyable to use. The facility is so well designed and functional that I rate it A+++.

It's beautiful, clean, I feel safe amid this covid-world we're living, and the various rooms for classes- expesically the respective mind body room- I really appreciate, along with all the natural light and design aesthetic, it feels welcoming and fun. And the staff is fantastic!!!!

Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

I love our YMCA in Gloucester! I only wish I could get there more often with my busy schedule. The Y has everything that you could ask for in a fitness center and more. I feel very comfortable there. The staff are very courteous and welcoming. The locker rooms are equipped with everything needed and it makes it easy to go and work out whenever you want. I love to have the option of jumping on a treadmill or maybe doing some laps in the pool, which is wonderful. Thanks for coming to Gloucester!
