It's a great facility to achieve fitness in. Then you can get a good sauna and a shower and be ready for anything. I tell families they should join on the regular.

Great facility, great staff, lots of options for classes. (I do think the yoga classes should have a lower maximum number of registrants. The room is way too small for 35 people on mats.)
