Cape Ann is the best run Y in our area. Aqua staff (especially Ruth & Vanessa) are outstanding, The young lady who cleans the locker rooms is phenomenal. The other Y's should be so clean.

My only suggestion is to focus on the front desk staff. I needed help locating an instructor a while back and neither Cindy (I I think that's her name), nor the young woman with the dark hair, could have helped less. They made absolutely no effort to assist me. Told me to go upstairs and walk around. The young woman never looked up from her phone. Not professional at all. I don't think staff should be on their mobile phones when a customer is present..........call it old school, but customer service still matters.

I can’t believe how absolutely beautiful and expansive the campus is. What a treasure! I always tell people it’s like old school camp - you drop them off and they are received with a smile; you pick them up and they’re happy, worn out and there is never an issue. Wake up and do it all over again the next day!

We love the diversity of the kids. The staff do a great job connecting, and really seem to love the kids.

Convenient, welcoming, great fitness classes

It's a very clean and open space. The equipment is state of the art. There are plenty of water fountains, places to fill a water bottle, sanitizing wipes to clean the equipment after use.
I had a free introduction to the equipment which was welcome. It would have been nice to be able to figure out how to set the measurements though.
The music played is great and the staff is friendly and helpful

Austin and his team are amazing! My boys have so much fun with them and they feel very comfortable in their care! Love it there!

Soccer camp was so smoothly run and my boys had the best time! Coaches were great.

We love everything about the camp. The only feedback I would give this year is the pick up is pretty painful. We have missed several sports due to not being able to get the kids on time and that's with trying all different times of pick up. The only other feedback I would give my kids multiple lunches most days it's a real big way of food and they say it's because they don't have a lot of time to eat. My kids are big eaters so I'm not sure what's going on. They said there's a lot of distractions and they don't get a lot of time if this could be looked into that would be wonderful as they come home starving and exhausted and graze through the kitchen for the rest of the day. Ahahah. Otherwise they've been having an absolute blast. They're learning a lot. They're making new friends and I'm not worried about them being tired from having fun. I just need to make sure they're getting the nutrients they need to spend a lot of time making a healthy lunch for them each day thank you so much for all that you do. The counselors have been wonderful!

Kody and the counselors are amazing. They all know and care for my children as individuals. They ask every morning how they are and update me every afternoon on their day.
The activities at camp are well thought out. There is enough movement and flow throughout the day to keep the kids engaged but relaxed for a fun filled summer.
I would recommend Kody and his staff 100 times over.

My Grandson Liam absolutely loves the acting camp. Heidi is wonderful!
She is so great with the kids and always answers my email questions quickly.
This camp is worth every penny.
It is so refreshing having Liam get up in the mornings and look forward to going to camp everyday.

The facility is so clean and bright, and very well maintained. It’s on a CATA bust route which is very convenient. The staff is delightful, as well as the instructors. A big shout out to Chad in membership, we decided to join and are very happy doing so.
The variety of classes are excellent. Can’t say enough nice things💕

Excellent facility and staff but would like to know when men’s locker room renovations are going to be complete. Originally, were told the end of June and still waiting for an update. Also, some fitness equipment including a machine I use to strengthen my shoulder have been removed and I was unable to get any explanation from staff as to whether it is being replaced. Thank You

Nice and helpful staff, scholarship program for low income families, childcare while you are working out, new equipment, lots of treadmills and other machines, great pool

My kids had a great time and wished they could have done another week. I'm not sure what happened in my son's group (Seagulls) but he said they didn't have as many activity options as his sister's group (Ospreys). She got to experience a wide variety of activities which is exactly why we chose this camp. My son still had fun regardless. He did say the pool was too cold so he opted out of swimming most days.

Heidi is amazing! She is so good with the kids. My daughter comes home so happy every day.

I was so happy to receive the Cornerstone membership for myself and my family this year. I am really enjoying the classes and overall beauty of the Gloucester Y. I have already recommended the Y to my friends and plan to continue when my year is up.

My child had a fun time with the variety of activities offered at Sprindrift. He felt good in his group and trusted his counselors. I felt that the director was a good and prompt communicator and the site looked well cared for.
