The instructors are knowledgeable, the facilities are newer and clean.
Most importantly, instructors are friendly, are clear with their instructions, and they each bring their own style of exercise to the class.

Great energy on a Sunday morning. Michael was a fantastic instructor, he has amazing dance moves and great energy and attitude. I highly recommend him!
