I went to an HPF with Molly; she was a terrific instructor, with a strong, smooth voice, and guided us through a wonderful practice.

I love that there is a deeper meaning your classes bring to my yoga practice. Yoga is like a meditation to me. So setting intentions and focusing back on that intention throughout class is essential for me. Thank you and keep doing what you do!
I love the changing rooms, they are so clean! And the teachers were wonderful- really positive.
Roxy is my go to instructor I never miss her class. Roxy always has a challenge beautiful words and encouragement for us. It never feels like she is and instructor it feels like she is a good friend guiding us threw are morning. I highly recommend her.
The teacher was great!!! And I love the combination of adding a little more intensity to the yoga by adding ab workouts and the heat. Plus you have to love the amenities such as the showers and lockers. I was blown away by how nice it is!

The facility was very clean, the locker rooms smelled nice. It felt like a very well cared for establishment. The class was a good introduction (C1) and my later C1.5 class did feel appropriately more challenging. The classes are just very methodical and satisfying, and I felt better after taking one.
Being brand new to yoga, I really appreciate the in depth explanation and variations given to those of us that are not very "bendy"
Everyone is very helpful. I also like that there are other instructors going around the room correcting one's posture and assisting with modifications.
Makes someone like myself, who is super self conscious at ease and comfortable.
I love your studio and the instructors even more. One change that i feel a lot of other members are curious about as well is why all sculpt classes were moved to the smaller studio. I personally enjoyed them more in the large studio and felt there was more room to move around, even with a full class.

Loved the idea of a community class with training instructors. It was run very well.
I love the experience and the unique differences of the instructors. It was great to be able to try a few different style classes, although the evening HPF classes have quickly become my favorite!
