I love love love the hot sculpt class! I feel so good after I'm done. The instructors are awesome and the music is great. The studio is nice and clean and the retail section is really great.

The class was very relaxing but challenging at the same time. The instructors have created a peaceful environment that is comfortable for everyone. They are very encouraging. Even if you're brand new, it doesn't feel like anyone is looking down on you. There is a sense of oneness in the class. Outside of the classroom everyone is super friendly and helpful.
