We love the services that Zerorez offers. They come right to our business to take care of our needs. Everyone is very professional and they always do excellent work.
There is hardly any drying time. Maybe over night to 24 hrs.

Jared at Zero Rez has helped me 3 times to get that stench out. If there is residue, you would never know it. Smells clean and fresh!

Jared DeJong has been requested by us because we know he does excellent work, is very professional, explains things, cares about quality, and leaves us clean and happy. The stains are gone when he leaves. He lets us use the fans for faster drying.
We scored the cleaning of our museum a 10 this year. Last year we weren't so happy, but this year we requested Arnel. He knows his stuff and did an excellent job. The museum gets a lot of traffic especially during our craft fair and the Christmas event. The carpet takes a lot of abuse. Arnel is the best.

Carpet was still damp 24 hours later; some places were still damp 48 hours later. I couldn't move furniture back into my living room for over a full day.
The stain treatment is not effective, especially for how expensive it is for a small area; for $50 for a tiny area i expect the stains in that area to be gone, not still there after.

I love that no harsh chemicals were used.
I recently had a turmeric stain on the living room carpet. A Zerorez technician soon responded to my request for assistance, and knew what to do had the knowledge, materials and tools to proceed. It took awhile but the cost was reasonable and the carpet is nice.
