I live in an apartment that has very old berber carpet and Zerorez makes it look brand new. They are very conscientious about protecting the corners of the walls while they clean. Plus, they are just nice people. I will continue to use Zerorez for as long as i’m around.

Technician left. All windows closed. Now the house has a musky smell to it. Had he asked during our conversation, I would have told him to leave windows open to help dry the carpet and to air out the house.

I like how the lead man ask me questions about stains and exactly where I wanted them to clean. He explained to me and my husband about what makes their water different and how that cleans better. They were so careful about protecting the corners of the doorways.(I ve never seen that done before) and they wore shoe coverings even on the dirty carpet they were going to clean. I was impressed by that. It did take 24 hours longer to dry than I was told it would. But I expected that as it always does. I was very happy with the end result even though the price was too high for the walk ways in the bedrooms. My only complaint was the lead man arrived in very dirty clothes and an oil odor and dirty hands and appeared as if he had just walked away from an auto repair job. Not very professional at all.

I like that you don't use chemicals. I loved the corner guards and the fact that your technicians bring fans and use them on the areas that have been cleaned while proceeding to clean other areas. This helps expedite drying time after the technician has completed the cleaning and leaves.
