This was our first service done by you guys, and I have to say I am very happy with the results that were done on the 3 bedroom carpets. All stains were removed and the room feels fresher while the the person that came clean was professional and friendly and went above and beyond his duties.
Will be definitely booking more services in the future.
Everything was clean and dry. The carpet dried very fast and the agent was fantastic.

The service was very good. But/And I don't t understand why the technician doesn't "work" on soiled areas with repeated passes of the wand rather than simply going over them just once. When he said he was done, I did ask him to go over a couple areas again and he did. He was very nice and accomodating. I don't think that I should have to ask though.

It was easy to make an appointment online. Response and communications were quick and very professional. The technicians....Alberto and Nick were wonderful to work with. They were very thorough and professional. Alberto explained all the options for cleaning the badly pet-stained carpet and rug. He asked great questions about what we wanted.
After the carpet was cleaned, we were both astonished at how wonderful it looked....it looks like new!
We will definitely be calling on ZeroRez again to clean our carpets and floors!
