Every time I have interacted with anyone from this company -- on the phone, at their physical location and in my home -- every person has been friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I bought some used dining chairs with upholstered seats covered in stains of all kids. Every single stain came out! They look like brand new chairs! I highly recommend this service.
