Tech was professional, personable, and concerned about our safety.
Couple things not consistent. Both visits no call 24-48 hrs out. Also, requested specific technician and yet a new technician was sent out without notice. Overall, communication did not go as well.
Service person was on time, actually a little early, and very polite. Did an excellent job and would not hesitate to use again. Have dog so carpets were the worst and they look so clean after.
The Tech was very personable. Knowledgeable and did an awesome job!

Your technician did a fabulous job. His technical expertise and his people skills are outstanding.
We had a rental property cleaned and there were many problem areas that did not come out. We were just going to replace it and had Home Depot come out measure and replace. The measurer suggested that the carpet probably just needed cleaning, in which we told him we just got it cleaned. He suggested spot cleaning, so we did that afterwards. To our surprise the problem areas are coming up with a little effort, so for now we’re gonna hold off from spending 3,500 for new carpet. What I don’t understand is why such a highly rated company like yours did not spot treat those areas? I’m happy to provide pictures of what it looks like after your cleaning, and after we spot cleaned the problem areas. The difference is like night and day!
