Excellent cleaning product and service. Every time I have interacted with anyone from this company -- on the phone, at their physical location and in my home -- every person has been friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I bought some used dining chairs with upholstered seats covered in stains of all kids. Every single stain came out! They look like brand new chairs! I highly recommend this service.

I love a company that does what they promise they will do, and that is certainly Zerorez.
The good things began with my phone call to inquire about their service and received all questions answered by a pleasant, knowledgeable person. Followed by emails as to my appointment and what, when and how we agreed they would the job: to clean 4 pet stained area rugs.
Nick called 15 minutes before he arrived, as promised. We reviewed the details of the service I expected and when he was finished, we had beautiful results! We couldn’t be happier.

Justin did a great job on the tile floor. I would say that he needed to work on the walk in shower a little longer to get the soap scrum off the floor. I wish he would have been able to get the mildlew of the wall.

We bought a new home and had it cleaned but couldn’t get the smell out of my new house. My home has been saved with your help! The service was friendly and he was very knowledgeable. I ended up adding a room for tile after getting his opinion and he was honest and kind from start to finish. I highly recommend this company to anyone. It was amazing to see how much cat hair he was able to get off despite that we had these carpets cleaned before. Goes to show it really makes a difference. Couldn’t be happier. Will use again in future for the rest of the tile!

The young man who serviced our home was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. He took the utmost care to make sure my dogs didn't get out of the house and did a fabulous job making sure to wipe up the excess water from my wood floors.
