This was the second time he cleaned our home. He did an amazing job was very polite and professional.

Our service tech Justin was extremely professional. Justin worked diligently to remove stains from 8 dining room chairs, explaining his process and any problems he encountered. Our prior poor experience was not taken into consideration as we would told it would be. This time we were told that in the future we report the problem sooner to have that taken into consideration. The tech then arrived and he got out of the service vehicle with his shoe protection on and stepping in the rain drenched street, when we explained that he walking around outside with his shoe protection on defeats the purpose, he responded aren't I here to clean the carpet, at which time I said let's start on the right foot and grab new booties. Then the tech asked if I am the owner of the property which I did not understand what that meant. The rest of the work was acceptable. Before the tech left he presented the bill and stated the bill would be an additional 40$ for a minimum service fee. We explained we would not be paying that, that we were quoted $119, he explained that did not account for the additional fee. I explained we would not be paying the additional so he called the office and they confirmed the $119 price. Since we have had the prior poor service, the response that we would need to report the unsatisfactory experience within 30 days. The techs initial interaction. Although at the end the tech explained his perspective and his side of the footies and questions ask but by then it was not good experience with your office and tech.
