Customer service is great
The young man who serviced our home was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. He took the utmost care to make sure my dogs didn't get out of the house and did a fabulous job making sure to wipe up the excess water from my wood floors.

Somehow use a deodorizer
The only thing I suggest To improve is maybe have a scented cleaner …. Because after my guy left he actually was awesome! but the carpet stunk like wet dog, I had to put down carpet fresh and ffebreeze carpet to cut some of the smell. I can still smell it slightly- 3 days later - carpets cleaned on Friday.
