I would like to speak with someone about our cleaning. Person handling the cleaning was very nice, but my floor is streaked and after he finished cleaning, I took some pictures with my IR camara you need to see.

The technicians that came to our house were very polite, friendly and efficient. The carpets looked great when they were done!
After estimator left I forgot to tell them about tile needing cleaned, so I called right away, he said he was on it after we discussed room sizes. Then it never got done.
My carpets came out exactly how you said they would. Even the smell is gone. Kudo’s to the carpet cleaner who was so meticulous about his work.

Employee who collected my rug was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to detail.
The vent covers could have been cleaned a little better. Some of the debris that the cleaning knocked loose remained in the vent lines and blew out into the house when we turned the A.C. system back on. The two young men that came were very professional. We appreciated that.
Cameron did a great job cleaning my carpet. It looks so good compared with how it was with pet stains. I definitely recommend using Zerorez if you need your carpet cleaned .
