Professional technician went to work immediately and kept in the loop during the cleaning process. Only negative, the drying time for the carpet took 12 hours not 6.
The results are amazing. They were abale to lift stains that have been there for years and the dry time is half of what conventinal carpet clearning companies require.The tech, Adam, was so professional, polite and thourough I highly recomend this company.

Fantastic customer service. The technician did great work. Was very friendly and knowledgeable. On top of all of it he was in and out with no issues. Very very happy with the outcome. I will recommend to anyone I hear saying they need tile floor cleaning services. And I will be using them for this again in a few years.
