Very affordable, efficient, and friendly service.
Travis and Nick did an amazing job cleaning the tile floor and carpet. I can’t believe it but the tile and grout look brand new! And the carpets feel so soft now. Also, I have cats and these guys were so careful to not let the cats out. Great work! Thank you both!

Adam was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He even told me that it was possible that some of the stains would come up a bit after drying due to being so embedded in the floor. Well, it did happen but I'm not upset. Great service.

The carpet and tile cleaning was done thoroughly and technician Keyshawn was professional dn pleasant to deal with. I have used Zerorez for two years and plan to continue them cleaning my tile and carpet at least annually going forward.

My wood floor was full of scoff marks. The carpet guy needs to have more instructions on how to clean chair upholstery on a mat instead of the kitchen floor. I had to have my son come over with this wood floor vacuum cleaner to clean all the sticky scum off the floor and he go over it many times to get it all off. He was a very nice guy, but he knows very little how to properly clean without leaving a wood floor a total mess. You can make it right by reimbursing me at least half of the cost. Thank You

Zerorez cleaned all the carpet. I like their system, pretreat, scrub, steam clean removing soil and soap leaving nothing behind to attract dirt. The carpet looks like new.
