Quick, thorough, friendly, professional
Cleans well without chemical smell
Adam was on time, communicated what he was doing throughout the process and made suggestions for ongoing care of our carpets.
I felt that the Adam the technician did a good job cleaning my shower. He explained the process and the products and was very knowledgeable.
Since the pandemic I have been telling my wife the world is broken. Service no longer exists as we knew it previously. Zerorez proved me wrong. I won't call anyone else going forward. Keep it up and most of all keep your amazing employee's - that seems to be the secret sauce. Not much of a review writer, and never would have responded to your survey but you guys were old school good. Thank you

Pleasant employee, Justin, and no harsh smells for most part, sealer was strong smelling.
Keshaun was friendly, on time, professional and efficient. He even called me when he was on his way. He did an amazing job and I have already scheduled a reminder for repeat service in 6 months. My floors turned out great. He also advised me of the charges before he began. Definitely would highly recommend.

Great service, friendly employees and beautiful results
Very friendly employee who explained things well. Was not overly impressed with the cleaning, there were water/cleaner spots left on some of my tile. Also, there were some paint spots left on the tile that I would have thought would have been lifted. The wood looked like there were new scratches in several spots, but I couldn't be sure whether those were from the cleaning or had been there before, however I did not recognized them. The carpet cleaning was good.
